Getting here

We’re keeping the location a little secret. The postcode will be dispatched a week before the event. The closest train stations are Evesham and Ashcurch.

A free shuttle bus is available from Evesham and Ashcurch train stations between 10:00 and 14:00. When booking online please select additional bus ticket from either Evesham or Ashcurch Train stations.

Site opening times

The gates open at 09:00 on Saturday 27 May and will be open until 23:00. After this point you will not be allowed into the site.

The first artist starts at 12:00, we recommend arriving early to set up tents before the music begins.

The site will close at 11:30 on Sunday 28 May.

Booze regulations

Booze can't be bought in; we are proud to be supporting local businesses and drinks will be sold at pub prices.


To gain access to Under The Hill Fest 2017 you will need to produce a valid ‘e-ticket’ this can be displayed on your phone or hard copy ‘paper ticket’.

A ticket is not valid without accompanying ID.

If you are aged 16 and under then you must be accompanied at all times by a ticket holding adult (21+) who must accept responsibility for your safety for the duration of Under The Hill Fest 2017.


Parking is available on site. Car parking tickets can be purchased at £5 per vehicle when buying your ticket online.

For safety reasons we do not allow sleeping in the car parking area. In order to gain access to our campervan/live-in vehicle area then you will need to buy a campervan ticket for £10 when booking online.


All tickets include standard camping space for the night of Saturday 27 May.

Glamping bell tents are available sleeping 4 people and come furnished with Memory Foam Mattress. These cost £165 (festival ticket NOT included) and must be booked before 23 April 2017.


Guess what…we have flushing toilets. No joke.

Access to water

There will be free access to drinking water throughout the site.

Lost property

All lost property will be handed into the main gate.
